Promotion of "Green Renewal ZEB"
Taisei Corporation named the environmentally friendly renewal construction that incorporates well-being for the health of people, buildings, and communities as "Green Renewal(R)", in order to realize a sustainable society. Green Renewal aims to renovate existing buildings into buildings that are suitable for the coming era through six specific initiatives: energy efficiency, energy creation, decarbonization, wellness, smart properties, and security. As a key to achieving Green Renewal, we will promote the conversion of existing buildings to zero energy buildings as "Green Renewal ZEBs", and further enhance the ZEB conversion technology and construction technology related to energy efficiency improvement and energy creation that we have accumulated to date, and thus contribute to the realization of carbon neutrality.
